When ''I am Not Good'' Feeling Emerges

 Remind yourself that it is all about thinking. If you think you are weak, you will become weak. If you think you lack something, you do. If you think yourself to be an ordinary or second class citizens, you are. If you do not abandon this thinking, people will start treating as ''No Good''.

Become confident. Look at all the pluses and strengths you have in your personality. There is none in this world without any positive qualities. The more you think the more positives. you would discover about your personality.

Treat yourself as VIP. others will treat you the same way. If you look miserable, people will make you miserable. Treat yourself the way you want people to treat you..

Look important. Dress well. keep an upright posture. Smile frequently. Walk faster. Be a front seater. Be the first one to introduce yourself to others. How you come across or look has a lot to do with how you feel from the inside...


Concentrate on your assets and continue building on your strengths. You will become confident and build self image. Remember, learning new things and small wins in life are very important to build a self image...

Respect others, love others, greet others. Whatever you want yourself, start giving it to others and more and more will start coming back to you.

Give people their due respect but stop getting  impressed by others people. The other person is just an other human being, like you.

Stand in front of the mirror many times a day and tell yourself ''How Great You Are''.
