Brain is the processor and gives Meaning

 When our eyes see something, they pick the light it emit. These photons pass through the lenses. Refracted, they fall upside down on the retina at the back of our eyes. The signals go through a number of processor in the brain and perceived as an image. So what we believe to be seeing through our eyes is made in the brain. Interestingly, the brain inside out head is isolated from the light in other words. We watch an electric blub too closely to feel its heat. Our eyes see the light and our body feels the heat and transmit the information to different parts of brain for processing. Despite being so close to light, brain is in the dark. Be it ear, nose and hand or tongue, its job is just to collect the information and send it to the relevant section of the brain for processing. We can never reach  objects in the external world if the never traveling to the part of the brain that processes the information, are cut off;

They know but the outer (things) in

the life of this world: but of the end

                      of things they are heedless......

Though we have eyes, ears, nose, hands and tongue doing their job of collecting information and sending it to brain, we will not be able to see, hear, smell, feel and taste if the place that processes it is not functioning. Because the reality is not in the outer world, but it is created inside our brain. That means that in fact, it is not eyes that see, but it is the mind that forms the image. It is not the ears that hear, it is not the nose that smells, it is not the tongue that tastes and it is not the body that feels, but the brain.

Human brain weighs only 50 ounces in average adult male and about 5 ounce less in average in women. It is made of billions of nerves cells. It will take ten million years to count the numbers of nerves connection in the brain if we did it at the speed at which clock ticks.

It processes information which a speed equivalent to 2 to the 10 raised to 13- to do this a modern computer would have to be 10,000 times larger than the brain.

      The above debate concludes that:

1. Whatever we see, touch, hear, and perceive as matter is no more than signals processed in our brain.

2. All the qualities and traits, size, color, taste, we attribute to an object come from inside and not the external world.

3.Perceptions are formed in our brain.

4. What we know as true in the outer world is perception formed in our mind.

5. If the part of the brain responsible for the processing information is damaged, we will not be able to see, hear, taste, smell or feel.

6. Had reality been external, we all would have taken things in one way.

Blessed is he whose heart God has

made pure for faith, and has made his

           heart perfect, and his tongue

truthful and kept his soul at rest, and

his character upright, and has made

his ears hearing and his eyes seeing

then as to (his) ears, they act (as)

funnels , and so to the eyes. they are

(as) receptacles for what the heart

gathers and preserves: and blessed

indeed is he who makes his heart

grasping............
