Use ''V-VEAP'' Principle for creating New YOU

 Okay, you know what you want to achieve, have developed a plan about it, what else you could do to ensure that whatever you want to become or whatever you want to achieve in your life, will happen. For that, use V-VEAP principle.

Verbalize: whatever you want to achieve or do, verbalize it as many times as you can.

Give yourself a pep-talk a number of times a day

Tell all your friends and loved ones what you want to become or achieve

Declare it publicly if you can

With this , you will create a peer pressure around you, and it will be difficult for you to back off.  After listening it frequently, your mind will also know it for sure that you want to change, and will make it easy for you.

Visualize: Develop a picture in your mind about the life if you changed and also if you did not change.

Use this visualization technique whenever you require some motivation for practicing new behavior and keeping yourself old undesirable behavior

You can also use this technique by cutting and pasting picture of NEW ''you'' and placing/pasting it in your office,bedroom,etc   to remind you of NEW ''you''.

Write down a detailed description. Draw pictures. Make models. it will also help train your conscious and / or subconscious mind for new you. Remember the case of the girl who had an old poster in her bedroom.

 Emotionalize: Verbalize and visualize the NEW ''you''  and become emotionally attached to it.  Think about it as many  times as you can. Develop strong emotional association with your NEW  image. Focus all the attention  on what you want. Be obsessed about it. Be enthusiastic about getting and having it.

Actionize: Refuse to live even a single moment of your life without doing something that serves your vision of NEW ''you'' .Refer to previous few pages.

Prayerize: Remember you will never able to do it without God.

Prayerizing means:

Being thankful for everything  He has given you.

Seeking God's help for new things/life you require.

Choosing not to do anything against His book and the His Prophet Muhammad's PBUH teachings.

Have faith that with his support , nothing is impossible .

Involve Him in your NEW life. I will do such and such for Allah and/or for needy people, If I am able to achieve Whatever I am wanting to achieve''

  Nay! Verily, man does transgress all bounds

   (in disbelief and evil deeds, etc)

Because he considers Himself
