2.Say ''No'' to useless emotions and behaviors like blaming complaining, procrastinating, worry ,anger, etc. Refuse to get stuck in negative thinking..
3.Say ''No'' to tranquilizers and sedatives. Learn to face challenges, not to escape. Escape is not a solution. When you escape a challenge, all you do is damage your self image. The challenge stays there..
4.Learn to live in the present. If you confront a challenge, spend all your energy and resources in thinking about various options to address the challenge rather than thinking about the past or the future. Your decision about what you do now about that challenge, determines where you will land in your life..
5.Confronting a challenge, never respond immediately or emotionally. Sleep over it. Left brain is also sleep when you do. Let your right brain give you the solution...
