We never learn from our successes, we always learn from our failures. Our learning will stop, if we only have successes in life. Watch a kid trying to walk. Every time he falls, he learns something and tries again. One day he starts walking and you see the expressions of achievement and victory on his face.

I fail to understand why do people look for an overnight success. Show me a single success story without any difficulties and setbacks. I know a handsome young man who appeared in his intermediate examination and failed twice. He asked his father to open him a vedio rental shop for he thought he could not pass the exam. Why do we lose heart quickly?
